Ok.... here's what we need pre-show:
*Need to borrow folding tables and chairs. (mark them with your name to make it easy to return)
*Find donations for the raffle. (time to clean out the garage and house, find things slightly used or new to donate)
*Let Angela know of feed stores that will or may donate feed or rabbit supplies to the raffle. (you may need to pick them up to and bring them, Angela will call, ask and send the proper paperwork)
*The list will continue.............
*Friday evening set out crew at RIR 3pm-5pm.
*Saturday Set-up crew at 6:30am.
During the show:
Show writers Show secretary helpers Awards table helpers Raffle table helpers Costume contest judges and helpers Picture takers during the show and BIS/1stR winners of all shows.
Here's post-show:
*Clean up crew 1 hour prior to show end and until we are done.
